I have a postcard for it with a promo code (PM09) for $10 off the registration fee which you can use to register on-line.
You can save another $10 by using the promo code SOPACT09 also. They are still charging the $40 fee (which was to expire 4/1), as well. Hence you can into the race for 23.25 (there is a 3.25 processing fee).
