June 25, 2006 Sunday Run
Next Sunday's run will begin at Susan Hunt's house. Meet where Selwyn runs into Reynolds Street - very close to where Reynolds joins Beechwood Blvd.
I will not be around the next two Sundays. If Paula or Teri are not at those runs will someone please send mail to everyone?

Running Routes Websites
You can map out a running route and it will tell you the distance - using Google maps. Apparently you can save and share runs as well.
http://www.usatf.org/routes/
Go to the link and on the search page, enter "Sq. Hill" for the location and "Pittsburgh" for the city. The regular Wednesday/ Friday run is called the "East End Runners Wed Fri Loop" - it should be the only one that comes up with those search terms.
Here are two more to try out:

http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/
These sites should also be good for mapping out walking routes when you are visiting a new place. I get frustrated with the mapping sites geared to cars that will not let you go the wrong way on a 1-way street :-)

June 11, 2006 Sunday Run
Next Sunday's run will be downtown (an Arts Festival run!) - starting at the Hilton. The Run to the Run will start at Beechwood and Wilkins at 6 - we'll head straight down Wilkins to Fifth and take that all the way into town.
