Feb. 7 Run/Walk/Meditate: find your bliss and then come back to zoom at 8

Does anyone else experience an entire week that seems to last only 2 days?  Shouldn't pandemic-time be the opposite of that?  Let's at least get a good hour in on Sunday at 8.  Here's the link:

Eleven days into a Normal and Benign Presidential Administration, we are back to discussing tights that "stay on and make your butt look good."  It's heavenly.   Endorsements:

Mix milk with ground beef.  Mold meat around stuffing to form balls.  Place in an 8x8" pan, add soup, and bake for one hour.  The Three Rivers Cookbook II is for sale for $902.81.
